Level 45, also known as "45" is The gateway composed of 41 km of 1950s-1940s subway corrridor of reddish and blue tones, there's a single corridor on the entire level and no other way of traveling the level has been confirmed. The level lacks any objects that naturally spawn, making survival harder, the level has a moderate Sufferer population and a low Loner number, when encountering creatures it is always recommended to run back from where you came.

Level 45, also known as "Lonerhub" is considered a loner infestation level, not only is it infestated with them, it is theorized that it's their origin point, to deceive wanderers from entering this level and dying, a fake level known as "Level Lonely" has been created on the database, entrances to level 45 have been changed in order to prevent entry into this level, we lost an entire investigator team on the corridor, It is believed that single amalgamation was the cause of all of this , since level 45's discovery, loner population has skyrocketed on cluster 1 and plans to evacuate level 14 had to be made, i just hope the task force takes care of that Thing.
